Some Hindu groups behaving like Muslim fundamentalists: Javed Akhtar: Claiming that some Hindu groups are now behaving like Muslim fundamentalists, eminent lyricist-scriptwriter Javed Akhtar has said barring such elements Indian society has always been tolerant. “In 19

While Mr.Javed
Akhtar is RIGHT on one count that MUSLIM RELIGIOUS FUNDAMENTALISTS in India(Eg.
Mullahs who give FATWAS at the Drop of a HAT on all issues CONCERNING MUSLIM's
PERSONAL LAW MATTERS!)have HISTORICALLY been more STRIDENT than Right Wing
Hindutva fundamentalist as far as their RESPECTIVE RELIGIOUS
GROUSES&COMPLAINTS go, as FAR as the RIGHT WING FRINGE ELEMENTS HATE
CAMPAIGNS as well as their ACTIVE PARTICIPATION in ORCHESTRATED RIOTS against
the MINORITIES in GENERAL&against INDIAN MUSLIMS in PARTICULAR go, these
FRINGE ELEMENTS not only show their VISCERAL HATE for Minorities&Muslims
CONSISTENTLY&if one goes by INQUIRY COMMISSION REPORTS on all the
POST-INDEPENDENCE Anti-Muslim/Christian Riots,it is very easy to see that most
RIGHT WING FRINGE GROUPS have been INDICTED in almost every report to have been
PART of ARMIES of RAMPAGING RIOTERS who have killed&pillaged with impunity
-One GLARING EXAMPLE is Justice Srikrishna Report on POST BABRI MASJID
DEMOLITION BOMBAY RIOTS

Dalit student suicide: Case filed against Union Minister,
Vice-Chancellor- the Hindu January 18, 2016

Going through the POIGNANT LAST LETTER of  ROHIT VEMULA before he committed suicide
&that incidentally being the very first time he wrote;on his own PERSONAL
THOUGHTS, views&IDEAS about our DIVIDING, STRATIFYING&SEGREGATING
society that  CONTINUES EVEN TODAY to
take SADISTIC PLEASURE in CRITICISING,DENOUNCING&PILLORYING even the
DEAD(if one goes by some COMMENTS by obviously those who do not belong to the
SAME caste&CLASS to which ROHIT VEMULA had belonged!),one is left
AGHAST&almost with a belief that we as a society are TRULY HEADED towards
what the BRITISHERS used to predict at the time of granting us our Independence
that"INDIA without the STRONG autocratic Rule of the British to keep it
UNITED&BOUND,will eventually BALKANISE&DISINTEGRATE"!
Even if TRAGEDY as SOLEMN as this one can't make our EDUCATED
INTELLIGENTSIA to COME up with an UNBIASED,NEUTRAL&FORTHRIGHT condemnation
of ALL those who were DIRECTLY Responsible for causing it,surely this
BRITISHERS PREDICTION may BECOME REAL?

Evn in this Day&Age(68yrs aftr INDPENDENCE)no JUSTICEfr DALITS?!
