few days back, another bench of the Supreme Court went out of its way to DEMAND
from the central government its PLAN for IMPLEMENTING a UNIFORM CIVIL CODE in
the country!

there seems to be MORE to it than MEETS the eye, as to why SOME PARTICULAR
JUDGES of the SUPREME COURT are suddenly showing a PARTICULARLY SHARP FOCUS on
UNIFORM CIVIL CODE and more so on issues concerning the MUSLIM PERSONAL LAW?!

( that is : a FIXED WRESTLING BOUT!) between a particular set of Supreme Court
Judges and the Central Government resulting in an attempt to INITIATE a NATION
WIDE debate on the PET IDEA/ PROJECT/OBSESSION
of the SANGH PARIVAR including RSS and the BJP to IMPOSE a UNIFORM CIVIL
CODE UNILATERALLY on all the MINORITIES with or without their CONSENT!

the present dispensation at the center.
