This whole sordid-FRAME UP saga behind our Investigating Agencies is not UNIQUE to this one case & ANY NUMBER of such CASES have got revealed in Recent Past where in MANY INNOCENT Muslim Youth have been arrested on MERE SUSPICION without any TANGIBLE EVIDENCE & very often with PLANTED EVIDENCE AND they have been made to undergo HARDSHIPS of a long drawn out Trial with the suspects held in Police Custody sometimes under Draconian Anti-Terror Laws that allow very long periods of Police Custody without any TRIAL & without BAIL being made available to the suspects.
Do the ERRING INVESTIGATING officers of such “FRAME UPS” & even those accused of “FALSE ENCOUNTERS–EXTRA JUDICIAL KILLINGS” get BOOKED ever?
And what about COMPENSATION to those INNOCENT SUSPECTS who are Acquitted after TRIALS that run on for YEARS?!These FREQUENT FRAME UP CASES call for a URGENT & permanent REMEDY!
