few days back, another bench of the Supreme Court went out of its way to DEMAND
from the central government its PLAN for IMPLEMENTING a UNIFORM CIVIL CODE in
the country!

there seems to be MORE to it than MEETS the eye, as to why SOME PARTICULAR
JUDGES of the SUPREME COURT are suddenly showing a PARTICULARLY SHARP FOCUS on
UNIFORM CIVIL CODE and more so on issues concerning the MUSLIM PERSONAL LAW?!

CODE UNILATERALLY on all the MINORITIES with or without their CONSENT!

the other day, that has been LAPPED UP by Electronic MEDIA as some GLORIOUS
FIGHT against INJUSTICE to her for sake of TRPS, was riddled with "BELOW
the BELT" attacks on a DEAD MAN - Rajiv Gandhi who was neither there in
PARLIAMENT nor is even in this WORLD to defend himself, even though, despite
all the BIG HUE & CRY over Quatrochi issue, he finally had a more direct
CLEAN CHIT from Courts than MODI - that he did not benefit from BOFORS, & the
other Andresson / Adil Sharyar issue she raised was more in the NATURE of
SLANDEROUS HYSTERIA without any PROOF!
