to the 2013 verdict of the Supreme Court in Arun Kumar Aggarwal Vs Union of
India, in which it was held that “report of the CAG can’t be basis to issue
directions [by the Courts] to the authorities as the CAG’s report is always
subject to parliamentary/legislature debates and it is possible that PAC can
accept the ministries/departments objection to the report or reject the
report.”

My OBSERVATIONS FOLLOW:
It is most certainly
a case of VERY STRANGE/ FUNNY and INEXPLICABLE
JUSTICE from the Karnataka High Court in
three of the MOST MAMMOTH and
HIGH PROFILE CORRUPTION CASES involving the Ex-Karnataka BJP CM in the
Last Assembly ( 2008-2013) !

appears to be a MOST INDIVIDUALLY VOLUBLE and ELOQUENT ADVOCATE and capable of
GIVING a most ACCURATE SPIN to FACTS , and
who was apparently DEFENDING YEDDYURAPPA instead of STRENGTHENING the
LOKAYKTA's case against YEDDYURAPPA ! ),
CLEAN CHIT to YEDDYURAPPA, purportedly the HIGHLY CORRUPT BJP CM of
Karnataka in the LAST ASSEMBLY, & then the same HC, based on the MISPLACED
and UNCALLED FOR DEFENCE of the ACCUSED EX-CM of Karnataka by the CAG Counsel
for this Mr.( PIOUS and RELIGIOUS)

As a SIDE ISSUE of
RELEVANCE, I would like to Recall this! Recently in a BLOG the EX-Justice of
the Supreme Court, Justice Markandey Katju, had RUED and indicated and
expressed his view that according to his INFORMATION from his own reliable
sources, APPROXIMATELY, Almost all District Magistrates, 60-70 % High Court
judges and most astoundingly(!) even to an extent of 50 % of Supreme Court
Judges WERE open to INDUCEMENTS of VARIOUS KINDS ( that get offered in Cash /
Kind / Threats / Blackmail ?) and have
BECOME CORRUPT because, they FEEL JUSTIFIED that since the WHOLE INDIAN SOCIETY
had turned corrupt, they too had a RIGHT to have a SHARE in the
"CORRUPTION PIE"!
RELEVANCE, I would like to Recall this! Recently in a BLOG the EX-Justice of

that when TRANSLITERATED in to ENGLISH would be " In India, Corruption
Begets Corruption, Corruption Protects Corruption, Corruption Boosts Corruption
and Corruption Sustains Corruption "! Do you AGREE? I would myself not like to believe in
