ORGANISATIONAL as well as FUNCTIONAL CONSTITUTION by appointing a PROFESSIONAL
cum JUDICIAL COMMITTEE to RECOMMEND far reaching and stable changes, so that
the BCCI that is presently nothing but a COSY CLUB of a PRIVILEGED FEW gets
really DEMOCRATIZED and  becomes a
totally TRANSPARENT Organisation for ALL!

                      That  is, it should turn in to a TRUE SPORTING BODY
in which EVERY CONCERNED PERSON develops an 
IMPLICIT FAITH about its IMPARTIALITY, ACCOUNTABILITY and
TRANSPARENCY,and this IMPLICIT FAITH 
should extend to not only all Budding as well as ESTABLISHED
CRICKETERS  but also to ALL the DIE HARD
INDIAN FANS  of this GAME, that was
"ONCE UP ON A TIME - a Gentleman's GAME" and which has been  slowly turned 
in to a "NO HOLDS BARRED COMMERCIAL QUAGMIRE and a CASINO" by
VESTED INTERESTS; the VERY CABAL that is once again at its helm!

HENCE, we, the CRICKETING FANS appeal to the SUPREME COURT to not allow
the current GOLDEN CHANCE it has to REALLY 
take up STRONG CUDGELS on behalf of CLEANSING of the GAME of CRICKET,
CRICKETERS and us FANS and strike a LASTING BLOW against CORRUPTION of every
kind that VISIBLY EXISTS in the running of this, Country's RICHEST SPORTING
