                  In one SENTENCE, this is nothing more than WHAT is CALLED a "NOORA
KUSHTI" ( A FIXED BOUT of WRESTLING!) between the TWO INSINCERE
OPPORTUNISTIC POLITICAL PARTNERS - PDP and BJP in the Present J&K Coalition
Government!

                    This has been done MAINLY to divert the attention of the KASHMIRI  VOTER in the Valley from the FACT that the
HOME MINISTRY has already RECOMMENDED for CONTINUATION of AFSPA for a FURTHER
UNLIMITED TIME FRAME, where as the PDP was all along BLUFFING that the COMMON
MINIMUM  PROGRAMME for GOVERNANCE agreed
between them  and BJP has ENVISIONED an
IMMEDIATE STAGE wise WITHDRAWAL and ALSO a FINAL ABROGATION of the AFSPA in the
VALLEY shortly!

                    The whole TELEVISION DRAMA over MR MUFAT'S statement Thanking Pakistan
and HURRIYAT Party for "PERMITTING" a RELATIVELY PEACEFUL ASSEMBLY
POLL that was conducted in J&K in December LAST,was PRECISELY to DROWN any PROTESTS
over HOME MINISTRY'S DECISION to CONTINUE the DRACONIAN AFSPA for another
UNLIMITED / UNSPECIFIED  DURATION?!
