SUBJECT LINE: WE need to FIGHTTOOTH and NAIL, using all DEMOCRATIC MEANS at our DISPOSAL both INSIDE as well
as OUTSIDE the PARLIAMENT to PREVENT the
Government’s “LAND GRAB BILL” in its present form, from becoming an ACT without
REINTRODUCTION of ORIGINAL Clauses of CONSENT / SIA / Return of land if UNUSED
even after five Years etc, that were part of the Original UPA–II Bill that was
passed in 2013 and has not even been TESTED so far for its EFFICACY!
APART from "JUMLAS &
JUMLAS & JUMLAS & JUMLAS&..........never ending JUMLAS" from
the Mascot "JUMLAMAN" of the Bharatya "JUMLA" Party with
which nothing else is delivered, even
through his " Man Ka "JUMLA", while the FARMERS are now in EXTREME DISTRESS due
to the RECENT UNSEASONAL RAINS before the actual monsoon and UNPRECEDENTED HAIL
STORMS that destroyed their STANDING
CROPS FORCING on an average, nearly 42 FARMERS to COMMIT suicides DAILY all
over India and they have not EVEN GOT
the BIZARRELY MINIMUM RELIEF that this "JUMLA GOVT - a GOVT. by, of &
for CORPORATE" and its State governments have SHAMELESSLY ANNOUNCED, while
the AAP government in DELHI had announced a COMPENSATION of Rs 50, 000/- Per
Hectare!

all INPUT COSTS for FARMING have
skyrocketed and especially FARMING is totally NONVIABLE in LANDS that

"JUMLA,U-Turn"- Central Government from the ORIGINAL 2013 Version of
the Bill); being RE-INTRODUCED, that is:

(These two attributes of this Government get proved through the REDUCTION of a
MIND BOGGLING 5 % CORPORATE TAX in the 2015 Budget that may purportedly RESULT in a CUMULATIVE LOSS of
RUPEES TWO LAKH CRORES to the EXCHEQUER in the Next Five Years and Benefit the
CORPORATES by an EQUAL AMOUNT and also many other BENEFICIAL FINANCIAL POLICIES
and DIRECTIVES that are also going to be immensely beneficial to the
CORPORATES, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY if this
“LAND GRAB BILL with the CAVEAT of ‘JISKI LAATHI USKI BHAINS’” gets PASSED,
More Sooner than Later , it’s going to RESULT in LIMITLESS and MIND BOGGLING
BONANZAS for the SHARKS belonging to the
“REAL ESTATE MAFIA” that normally comprises at its CORE of CORPORATES that are in the REAL ESTATE
Business, POLITICIANS / MINISTERS / CHIEF MINISTERS in POWER in League with the HAND - In - GLOVES
Government BABUS who can together NOTIFY FARMERS and PRIVATE LANDS for ACQUISITION
first and then DE-NOTIFY FULLY or PARTIALLY for the REAL ESTATE SHARKS to
GOBBLE UP those lands and PROVIDE HUGE AMOUNTS of bribes to their POLITICAL/
Bureaucratic Benefactors through UNDERGROUND BLACK MONEY GIFTS and also through
ALLOTMENTS of SITES in their CONVERTED LAYOUTS to CLOSE RELATIVES of the MINISTERS/ CHIEF
MINISTERS and even the HAND-In-GLOVES
Bureaucrats !This is the ROUTE that almost ALL CORRUPT STATE GOVERNMENTS have
USED in the PAST to indulge in LAND SCAMS that were worth THOUSANDS of CRORES!
(One GLARING EXAMPLE: Yeddyurappa headed BJP government from 2008 to 2012 in
KARNATAKA now FACING the LOKAYUKTA CHARGES on Scores of LAND SCAMS that his
government purportedly carried out on a REGULAR BASIS during three years of his term as the CM on a
similar “MODUS-OPERANDI” because of
which, the CM – Yeddyurappa had to spend time in the Bangalore Central
Jail and was BELATEDLY made to resign as the CM of Karnataka when these
MULTIPLE SCAMS became the BIGGEST SCANDAL in the COUNTRY AND because of THESE
very SCAMS getting EXPOSED, the Bharatya

the KARNATAKA Assembly Elections to the Congress in 2013!)

journalists,it may even be BIGGER than the White Economy!) we SHOULD ALL JOIN
HANDS to use all the DEMOCRATIC MEANS at our DISPOSAL to FIGHT TOOTH and NAIL,
