The report "THIRD FIRING
INCIDENT IN A WEEK IN TELANGANA- Police gun down five terror accused on way to
court"(The Hindu, April 8, 2015)& accompanying Photograph of a
"HANDCUFFED" terror accused Vikaruddin slumped in gory death with
BLOOD SPLATTERED all over the seat to which he was chained with a
handcuff,CLEARLY ESTABLISH the claim of Majlis representative Assaduddin
Owaisi&spokespersons of several other Muslim organisations as well as Civil
Liberties Monitoring Committee(CLMC), that this WAS INDEED a FAKE ENCOUNTER in
which LAW ENFORCERS (All 17 of them!),KILLED in COLD blood , FIVE CHAINED UNDER
TRIALS,who were given in their SAFE CUSTODY by Judiciary not to kill but to
ensure their availability till end of trial by which time judiciary would have
either acquitted them or convicted them depending on REAL TANGIBLE EVIDENCE
with Prosecution&Police.
