EDITORIAL – The Hindu, April 9, 2015

                           SEE my following letters
to the NATIONAL DAILIES over  the issue
of COINCIDENTAL TWO INCIDENTS that most scribes are describing as "FAKE
ENCOUNTERS by ANDHRA and TELANGANA Police"!

Dear sir,

                                   Subject:
The News report “20 woodcutters from State
gunned by
A.P. police”- The Hindu, April 8, 2015

                            The
"Scene of the Encounter" as shown in the photograph is VERY SYNTHETIC
in details, to say the least!

                           Is it not STRANGE
THAT the ANDHRA POLICE KILLED SUCCESSFULLY EXACTLY 20 Smugglers without getting
any one INJURED who could then be arrested by them? If this were to be a REAL
ENCOUNTER, there would have been a FEW INJURED SMUGGLERS shot in their legs or
some other part of their body making them immobile for this COURAGEOUS (or
COWARDLY in REALITY?) group of policemen to successfully ARREST THEM?!AND then,
this whole
STORY about the ENTIRE ENCOUNTER is nothing but the (COCK &
BULL)
version from POLICE as apparently they ENSURED to KILL ALL without INJURING
ANY, who could have given his side of the story?!

                        In all probability,
this is a "FAKE ENCOUNTER" wherein, apparently, exactly 2x10 = 20 men
under police custody have been forcibly taken by the so called ANDHRA-SIT
against Red Sanders Wood Smugglers" and they have been shot in cold blood
from CLOSE RANGE and later the DEAD bodies have been arranged like they do for
a "MOVIE SHOT! The motive seems to have been REVENGE for the reported
killing of TWO Andhra Forest Range Officers a few days back by another group of
smugglers. Just a ROUTINE but THOROUGH POST-MORTEM of the dead Bodies will
establish the fact that the SHOTS have been FIRED from VERY CLOSE RANGE!

There is apparently a MAJOR HUMAN RIGHTS
VIOLATION by the Andhra Policemen and this COLD BLOODED MURDER of twenty poor
wood cutters, even if they happened to belong to a smuggling gang, needs to be
INVESTIGATED by an INDEPENDENT, TIME BOUND JUDICIAL COMMISSION to bring out the
REAL
TRUTH?!

                            Because, ONLY a thorough &
TIME BOUND INQUIRY by an INDEPENDENT NHRC appointed JUDICIAL COMMISSION can
ESTABLISH the REAL & the WHOLE truth behind this GORY MURDER in COLD BLOOD
by a VENGEFUL GROUP of LAW BREAKERS who were officially the LAW ENFORCERS &
who have apparently gone ahead to AVENGE KILLING of TWO FOREST RANGE OFFICERS,
who were purportedly killed by SOME SMUGGLERS few days BACK, by KILLING 2x10=20
captive smugglers in Cold blood?
Shahabuddin
Nadeem,

LETTER -II
Dear sir,
                            Subject: Judicial probe
is a must into "Fake Encounter killing" of Five Under Trials by the
Telangana Police–April 9, 2015

                                 The report
that appeared in most national dailies about Telangana Police gunning down five
terror accused on way to court" & an accompanying Photograph of a
"HANDCUFFED" terror accused Vikaruddin slumped in gory death with BLOOD
SPLATTERED all over the seat to which he was chained with a handcuff, a
photograph that got SPLASHED over all the National TV News Channels, (all these
evidences ) CLEARLY ESTABLISH the claim of Majlis representative Assaduddin
Owaisi & spokespersons of several other Muslim organisations as well as
Civil Liberties Monitoring Committee(CLMC),that this INDEED WAS a FAKE
ENCOUNTER in which LAW ENFORCERS becoming LAW BREAKERS (All 17 of them!),
KILLED in COLD blood FIVE CHAINED UNDER TRIALS,who were given
in to their
SAFE CUSTODY by Judiciary not to kill but to ensure their availability till end
of trial by which time judiciary would have either acquitted them or convicted
them depending on REAL TANGIBLE EVIDENCE with the Prosecution & Police.

                          CM of Telangana should now
urgently take an equitable & just action by ordering an inquiry by a
Sitting High Court Judge as demanded by all stake holders and especially by the
survivors of those killed.
