This statement is a
GROSS DISREGARD for the "FEDERAL STRUCTURE of OUR CONSTITUTION" and
is an "IMPLIED THREAT" to the DELHI VOTERS that if they are
going to ELECT a Government belonging to a PARTY other than the BJP, they
will do so at their own risk of FACING a HOSTILE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT pitted
against the DELHI government that may result in STAGNATING the growth of DELHI CAUSING them more HARDSHIPS?!

CAMPAIGNER from either OFFERING material INCENTIVES or MAKING THREATS of any
