Vanzara gets bail in Ishrat Jahan encounter case - The Hindu

Now that the “ORIGINAL GABBAR”; (metaphorically speaking),who was  notorious as the REAL KINGPIN behind this & many other FAKE ENCOUNTERS in Gujarat has become an  ALL POWERFUL President of a NATIONAL PARTY ( with the VISIBLE POWER - INFUSED THROUGH Government’s PARROT – CBI?!), one after another, all “fake encounters” – ACCUSED POLICE  OFFICERS are managing to COME OUT of JAIL on one pretext or the other!

Along with Vanzara (Who had got bail in the SOHRABUDDIN Fake Encounter Case also, in September Last) another IPS Officer, P.P.Pandey also has got  bail (in the PRESENT  Ishrat Jahan case) & is out of prison! Originally, even-ORIGINALGABBAR-was also granted conditional bail that he would not enter Gujarat & later entire case against him was dropped with CBI conniving with Defence Lawyers by not BUILDING a STRONG CASE!

Similarly some other NOTORIOUS cases of the GUJARAT 2002 MUSLIM POGROM like that of Dr. MAYABEN KODNANI & BABA BAJRANGI got DILUTED through CONIVANCE of the INVESTIGATIVE – PROSECUTING agencies such that both, who are already CONVICTED of HEINOUS CRIMES and were sentenced to life imprisonment terms( of approximately 30 odd years!) are also OUT of PRISON on BAIL!

These are endless examples of OPEN MOCKERY of our JUDICIAL SYSTEM but NOT a SINGLE JOURNALIST / MEDIA HOUSE is NOW visible ANYWHERE on the HORIZON ANYMORE that has GUTS to TAKE these cases UP, REVEAL their true NATURE & Fight for Justice for the VICTIMS of the EXTRAJUDICIAL MURDERS that were committed by the very forces who were expected to UP HOLD the RULE of LAW!

A  NATION where the LAW enforcers become LAW BREAKERS and yet the JUDICIAL SYSTEM gets so very easily SUBVERTD that it starts providing SOLACE to these CRIMINALS rather than remaining STEADFAST to provide  JUSTICE to the VICTIMS I am afraid, is DOOMED!
