more U-TURN could be EXPECTED from the BHARATYA "JUMLA" Party
GOVERNMENTS whether at the CENTRE or at the STATE level?!

AND ALSO:

                          Through these
UNJUSTIFIED BANS on BEEF various STATE GOVERNMENTS of the DEMOCRATIC, SOCIALIST
and SECULAR STATE of INDIA are in FACT STRIKING at the FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT of
CHOICE of FOOD of a CLASS of its CITIZENS due to some OBSCURANTIST IDEAS of
another CLASS of CITIZENS who do not have a RIGHT to INTERFERE in the CULTURAL
as well as CULINARY TRAITS of OTHERS! It is high time a PIL is INITIATED by all
the AFFECTED PARTIES in the SUPREME COURT for a REVIEW of its earlier FLAWED 2005
JUDGEMENT by a BENCH that was chaired by the then Chief Justice of India
Justice LAHOTI and the PIL should be persued and taken to its LOGICAL END
sooner than later!
