The three
MAIN points of argument by AG Mr Mukul Rohatgi, reproduced in the following are,
all fallacious, rhetorical & arrogantly audacious to say the least!

(1)"Our argument is that collegium is completely illegal" Attorney-General Mukul
Rohatgi submitted.

(2)“It is not guaranteed that the best judges can be appointed only by judges,” Mr.
Rohatgi submitted.
(
3)Mr. Rohatgi asked the Bench to “first allow the law to work, see how it
works&then challenge it if necessary.”

If we concede (1) mentioned above, then all the appointments of
Judges of Supreme Court since 1994 will become "ILLEGAL"& by
extension of this LOGIC / CLAIM all the "JUDICIAL ORDERS" pronounced  by these honourable Judges too would become
ILLEGAL?! Then would  the AG go ahead
and seek that  all those "JUDICIAL
ORDERS" to be  SCRAPPED / REVOKED
now?

(2)In all ESTABLISHMENTS, it is always a GROUP of SENIOR OFFICERS who CHOOSE / PROMOTE
juniors as they ONLY will be in the BEST POSITION to decide on their MERIT!

Point (3):One need not RISK applying or ALLOWING a
"RUN" for a BAD LAW before SCRAPPING it & hence the SC is not
only right in having admitted these PILS against NJAC but also should DEFEAT  this attempt at GETTING COMMITTED  SUPREME COURT JUDGES through the BACK DOOR  in the guise of  a HIGHLY  FLAWED NJAC and  the SC should do so forthwith and without too
much of ado!

NJAC is nothing but BACK  DOOR attempt 2 gt COMMITTED SC judges?!
