                            Clearly CONGRESS as USUAL, has a Dubious STAND over both the Coal Mines
ORDINANCE and the Land Acquisition ORDINANCE (that in reality should be
referred to as the "FARMER'S LAND GRAB ORDINANCE” through rule of “JISKI LAATHI
USKI BHAINS" ?!
