GUJARAT- ANTI-MUSLIM POGROM that he was asked to investigate as the head of the
SIT appointed by the Supreme Court)

I am forced to ask
this question because I see that his articles get published in the "Comments"
section of The Hindu every two or three
days, with comments that are by and large endorsements of the policies and
functioning of the current establishment at the centre and which are more or
less similar in nature or in line with his famous "Clean Chit" that
he gave as the head of the supreme court appointed SIT dealing with the
investigation of many of the 2002, Gujarat, ANTI -MUSLIM POGROM cases including
the VERY INFAMOUS GULBARG SOCIETY MASSACRE with which his "CLEAN
CHIT" was associated with and was delivered to THOSE WHO WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HAM-HANDED / MOTIVATED /
BIASED HANDLING of the riot situation
for which incompetence and deliberate
negligence, the Supreme Court had Indicted the then Gujarat Administration by
calling it the "MODERN DAY NAIRO" that had "FIDDLED when GUJARAT
was BURNING"!

In MY CONSIDERED
OPINION, this gentleman's PINIONS are always TILTED/ BIASED / PREJUDICED and are WRITTEN AROUND a CENTRAL PLOT that is
more often a plot to PRAISE the CURRENT DISPENSATION at the centre or to
CRITICISE without LIMITS the previous dispensation at the centre! Hence, just
because he speaks a particular language towards which, the ESTABLISHMENT
of The Hindu MAY have some affinity, forcing
the readers of The Hindu to read his BIASED CRAP every two/three days I am
afraid, is not a sound editorial policy for a National Daily of Very High
Repute like The Hindu!
